At Mebala Creative Kids, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The incorrect product was supplied.

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The item is defective.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Items

For quality reasons, products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned in a condition different from when they were received may not qualify for a refund.
